You may have heard of the backlash from Palestinian supporters on Twitter after Snapchat chose to feature the Israeli city of Tel Aviv on Tuesday.
Now they're making amends.
In response to criticism that the company would never campaign for a Palestinian city, the social media giant announced featuring stories from West Bank on Thursday, with the hashtag #WestBankLive. The decision was met with celebrations on Twitter.
Let's just hope that Snapchat doesn't regret the power it has just unleashed.
