Egypt to allow Viva Palestina Aid Convey entry into Gaza Stip

Eygpt said on Thursday that it will allow Viva Palestina Aid Convey entry into Gaza via Al Arish seaport.Hussam Zaki, the Egyptian Foreign Affairs ministry spokesperson, stated that the convoy will be allowed access to the Palestinian enclave but stressed Egypt will not change its decision to consider the former British MP George Galloway as persona non grata. Viva Palestina Aid Convey are now in the Syrian port city of Al Lathikya.

Earluer this year, Galloway was forced to leave Egypt after confrontations with Egyptian police, who refused to let him enter the Gaza Strip. A few weeks ago, Galloway stated that he will continue to lead Viva Palestina aid convoy to Gaza despite Egypt's ban .
