Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Sunday a settlement with the Palestinians would be "difficult but achievable." "I know there is a lot of doubt ... and I can understand why it exists," he said at the start of a weekly cabinet meeting. "We want to calm the sceptics, but to do so we need a real partner on the Palestinian side.""We want to surprise all the critics and sceptics. But to do that, we need a true partner on the Palestinian side.
"I know there is deep scepticism. After 17 years have passed since the Oslo process, it's possible to understand why this scepticism exists," he said.
