Microsoft is hosting a forum called “Geek Girls” with five female IT professionals at Tech-Ed Middle East this year. At this forum, you will be able to interact with these professionals and Microsoft executives who will share insights into Successful Career Development Strategies for Women in IT and how to maintain a Healthy and Sustainable Work/Life Balance.

IT is an industry that is perceived as male dominated. As more and more women join the IT workforce, Microsoft is helping to erode this misconception through influencing business policy and making IT an attractive choice, paving the way for more women to join the industry.
