Montblanc Writers' Exhibition comes to successful close

The unique Montblanc Writers’ Exhibition, which was designed to honour and commemorate the works of a select series of legendary authors, came to a successful close at the Dubai Mall recently. Crowds of literature fans flocked to the exhibition, organised in cooperation with Magrudy’s, to view the authors’ legendary works and the Limited Edition writing instruments created by Montblanc in their honour.

The exhibition was a tribute to Ernest Hemingway, Agatha Christie, Mark Twain, William Faulkner, Jules Verne, Franz Kafka, Charles Dickens and Edgar Allan Poe. The event also provided key insights into the life, work and inspirations of these influential award-winning writers. There were also interactive live events led by local literary figures and academics during which visitors of all ages had the chance to discuss the novels, enjoy live readings and discover more about each of the authors and their context. In addition, visitors were able to browse through selected works and see the specially designed writing instruments inspired by each of the authors and purchase special gift editions.
