“Mada Al Hayat” contestant wins lifetime supply of chocolate

Thanks to MBC1’s Mada Al Hayat, a Saudi national  will be living a sweeter life from here on out, having won a lifetime supply of KITKAT® and a SAR 1,500 salary for the next three years.

Abdul Karim Al Shemary, also know as Captain Karroum on kids programs, is an elementary school Arabic teacher by day who was nominated by Nestlé Middle East to participate in the Mada Al Hayat show.

Philip Hobeika, Senior Brand Manager at Nestlé Middle East said, “We nominated our winner in cooperation with MBC and for this particular show added our own KITKAT® inspired slogan ‘Win a break for life”.

Commenting on his sugary win, Al Shemary said that a lifetime supply of KITKAT® was one of his most surprising and enjoyable on-stage moments, KITKAT® being his favourite chocolate brand.

“Participating at Mada al Hayat was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I’m a huge fan of game shows that are executed with high professionalism without compromising spontaneity. Big thanks to everyone at Nestlé Middle East and MBC for allowing me the opportunity to participate.”

Hobeika continues, “The concept of Mada al Hayat is what initially grabbed our attention. Everyone knows our slogan, which tied in perfectly with the concept. We had no choice but to become committed sponsors of the show, “he smiles.

“We were so pleased to be able to reward a KITKAT® fan with a little something extra on this particular episode of the show.”
