Lawyers for the estate of Tupac Shakur announced August 17 they had settled a lawsuit brought by the family of Orlando Anderson, a former gangbanger who was once suspected of killing the rapper. According to E! Online, Anderson's family had sued Shakur's in 1999 for allegedly reneging on paying $78,000 from a 1998 case wherein Anderson had sued Shakur for assault and battery. The settlement apparently was not paid because Anderson himself was shot to death in 1999. Terms of the deal were not disclosed-Albawaba.com.
