The award was presented at a ceremony last night at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel, Dubai.

The Dubai Quality Appreciation Programme Award, based upon the Excellence Model of the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) has been designed to recognize the activities of outstanding organisations. It is also a method of providing organisations with a ‘roadmap’ to achieve excellence through the adoption of good practices on its path of success.
“Our stepping in to the Quality Award process has brought out the need to formalise various processes such as systematic measurement of customer satisfaction levels, internal employee satisfaction surveys and independent project audits.
