Chairman Mr. Abdulrahman Bukhatir leads Bukhatir Group’s top executives in honouring corporate and individual achievements in the 3rd Bukhatir Management Excellence Awards to be held on 15 March 2006 at the Hotel Holiday International in Sharjah.
One of the leading private companies in the UAE, the Bukhatir Group established the Bukhatir Management Excellence Awards to recognize outstanding individual and corporate achievements in contributing to the success of Bukhatir’s various businesses in 2005. “The Bukhatir Group has consistently achieved impressive growth over the years because of the outstanding contributions of its people,” said Mr. Abdulrahman Bukhatir, Chairman of Bukhatir Group. “With these awards, we want to give them the recognition they deserve, and hope to inspire others to follow their good example.”
Now on its 3rd year, the Bukhatir Management Excellence Awards is an annual ceremony that recognizes the achievements of approximately 27 Bukhatir Group companies and 6000 full-time employees. A total of 21 awards will be given away, with 14 going to outstanding individual achievements, and the rest to outstanding group or company contributions. The final award is the Chairman's Award to be given by Bukhatir Group’s Chairman Mr Bukhatir.
An external jury headed by Mr. David Jallili of Ibtikar Management Services, screened and selected the winners in the different categories, including the Company of the Year Award, Leader of the Year Award, Social Contribution Award, Best Salesperson Award, among others, in addition to the most prestigious Chairman’s Awards for Lifetime Achievement, Senior Management and Rising Star.
