ALBAWABA - According to Palestinian local media outlets, four Palestinians have been killed by Israeli fire during a military raid in the West Bank refugee camp of Jenin.
It identified the four as Amir Abdullah Sharbji, 25, Nawras Ibrahim Bajawi, 28, Wiaam Iyad Hanoun, 27, and Mousa Khaled Jabarin, 23. Nine others were wounded, WAFA reported.
According to local sources, over 100 army trucks attacked Jenin City and deployed near Ibn Sina Hospital and on roofs while a drone hovered above shooting in all directions.
An army bulldozer also demolished parts of the hospital's outer wall and the roads leading to the Jenin refugee camp, creating dirt mounds to divide the camp from the city and demolishing several civilian stores and vehicles in the process.
In Jerusalem, a fire broke out in the Abu Tayeh neighborhood in the East Jerusalem town of Silwan, following heavy firing of tear gas canisters by Israeli forces in the vicinity of Palestinian residents’ homes in the area.
During an Israeli occupation forces raid on the Dheisheh refugee camp south of Bethlehem today, two young men were shot and two siblings were detained.
According to medical officials with the Palestinian Red Crescent in Bethlehem, the two young guys were injured in the thigh and leg and were transferred to a city hospital.
Meanwhile, a nationwide strike is taking place today in Bethlehem Governorate in protest of the army's killing of Hussein Issa Rabie, 29, of Dheisheh refugee camp, during the storming of the camp yesterday.
Meanwhile, the Israeli forces raided Beita town, south of Nablus, a man and his wife with live bullets and detained their son.
