Fifty-three people were injured when a plane slammed into the Pentagon, reported CNN.
Two planes flew into the World Trade Center in New York, and another plane slammed into the Pentagon in Washington.
A car bomb also reportedly blew up at the State Department. A fourth plane crashed 80 miles south-east of Pittsburgh.
