Munir’s latest song, a cover of the late Najat El Saghira, debuted at number 8.
The songs, first performed 25 years ago, was written by the late poet Abdul Rahim Mansour and composed by Hani Shnuda.
Munir re-distributed the song and changed some of its words from masculine to feminine. The new version of the song was shot in Alexandria.
The song is part of Munir’s latest album Ishk El Banat (Love of Girls), which has been received very well in Egypt.
