A group of Nepali workers, employed by a Qatari manpower supply firm in Doha, assaulted on Saturday the firm’s general manager and other employees after an altercation regarding non-payment of wages and settlement of accounts, reported the Gulf Times newspaper.
At least six of the workers were arrested by the police after they blocked the building demanding immediate payments.
The company official suffered minor injuries in the assault, according to sources.
