Abu Dhabi National Hotels participates at ATM

Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH), the UAE-based leading diversified hotel, tourism, transport and catering group, is participating at the Arabian Travel Market (ATM), the region’s leading travel and tourism event which takes place at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Center, May 1-4, 2007.

The ADNH stand will be in hall no. 1 within the Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority-UAE, stand no. 121.

Along with its core businesses, ADNH is also promoting its safari trips. It will also announce a strategic partnership with one of the world’s leading hotel chains.

Commenting on the participation, His Excellency Khalifa Nasser Bin Huwaileel Al Mansoori, Chairman of ADNH, said, “We believe that the ATM is a great opportunity for ADNH to raise the profile of the travel, tourism and hospitality industry in the UAE in general and Abu Dhabi in particular.  The ADTA is promoting Abu Dhabi as a major centre of cultural tourism

“The travel and tourism sector is poised for sharp growth in the region, which is developing a number of major projects. The meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions (MICE) sector is also thriving in the region, where governments are working hard to diversify their economies by promoting tourism. A recent WTO report says that the Middle East is one of the world’s fastest growing tourism destinations; a World Travel and Tourism Council study shows that the region’s travel and tourism sector will contribute US$ 60 billion to GPD by 2015”, he added.

ADNH has been participating at this event since inception. ADNH’s properties and subsidiaries participating at the event Sheraton Resort and Towers, Le Meridian, Hilton international in Abu Dhabi, in addition to Hilton International in Al Ain and Mercure Grand Hotel in Jebel Hafeet. Al Ghazal Transport and the company’s tours department are participating at ATM.

Abu Dhabi National Hotels was established more than 30 years ago and since then has grown in both size and diversity into a quality, broad-based hotel, tourism, transport and catering group. ADNH interests include a range of moderate to luxury  hotels in addition to Sunshine Tours and its transportation business Al Ghazal. In addition, ADNH has a joint venture with the catering and services company Compass, covering its respective catering operations in the Middle East under the banner ADNH/Compass.
