Acxiom Acquires DMS as Entry Point into Middle East Market

 Acxiom® Corporation (Nasdaq: ACXM) announced today a strategic expansion into the Middle East-North Africa (MENA) market with the acquisition of DMS (Direct Marketing Services) in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

 

“DMS has established itself as the premier provider of direct marketing services in the MENA region,” said Acxiom Senior Vice President Jerry Jones, a principal in the acquisition agreement signed late last week. “We could find no better partner to join with us in creating value for companies that want to convert consumer insights into lasting customer engagements.”

 

The new Acxiom MENA organization will serve global and regional clientele from offices in Jeddah and Dubai.
