The African Development Bank (ADB) approved on Wednesday a loan of $100 million to finance the Information Infrastructure Sector Development Program (IISDP) in Morocco, Morocco’s official news agency (MAP) reported, quoting an official statement released by the bank.
The statement said that, the objective of the program, which is co-financed by the World Bank, specifically seeks to provide greater access to the sector services through the lowering of user communication costs and greater availability of services.
ADB Group operations in Morocco started in 1970, financing 68 operations with a sum of $2.93 billion, out of which $2.47 billion have been disbursed – Albawaba.com
