Tirad Mahmoud, CEO of Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), a top-tier Islamic financial services group, today announced the launch of ADIB’s 56th branch located at Al-Hamra Mall in Ras Al-Khaimah. This new branch is ADIB’s 3rd branch in Ras Al-Khaimah and its 13th branch in Northern Emirates.

This launch reflects the Bank's expansion strategy to strengthen its on-ground presence and services outreach and to extend its network of active branches and ATM machines within the UAE.

The branch at Al-Hamra Mall is located on the ground floor and enjoys a strategic location within the mall as it is at the heart of an active area with a high footfall.

In an endeavor to provide the best customer experience, all ADIB branch timings in malls are from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm throughout the week and the Al-Hamra Mall branch will also follow the same timings.

Commenting on the bank’s expansion, Sameh Al-Awadallah, ADIB's Head of Branches, said: “The new branch reaffirm ADIB's commitment to service its continually expanding client base in the UAE. We offer them financial flexibility through access to a large portfolio of Shari’a compliant products for individuals and businesses. The inauguration of this new branch comes after the bank has redesigned its corporate identity. Its architecture and interior design boasts a variety of contemporary elements that reflect the bank's evolution. The branch is manned by a team of high caliber individuals with an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction."

The Al-Hamra Mall branch will be managed by Ali Saleh Al Shehhi, a talented UAE national. The operating staff is trained and well-versed with ADIB’s long-standing legacy in Islamic banking.

“The caliber of the UAE national staff reflects the bank’s contribution towards their training and development. The bank's network boasts a solid presence in the Northern Emirates Area and has overcome the barriers of distance in delivering services to its clients wherever they might be," Al-Awadallah concluded.
