Air Arabia LLC, the first and only low-fares airline in the Middle East and North Africa, has unveiled a new look for airarabia.com today.
Duncan Osborne, Air Arabia’s Head of Marketing said, “We are very excited and pleased today with the first stage of the development of our new website. Our aim is to be one of the world’s leading budget airlines and our website is key to achieving this goal. Over the next few weeks customers will see the refreshing and dynamic development of our website. Customers who register online with us will be given access to our new promotions and offers first.”
Some of the new features that the website now provides are online registration, easy navigation and access to discounted hotel packages and car hire. For the seasoned traveller, the site provides quick links to ensure that you have important information at your fingertips. The special traveller’s toolkit provides you with key travel information and useful links. The dynamic homepage highlights the lowest fare from each destination in a variety of currencies. For frequent browsers the site offers a search engine for you to easily find any information you require.
Duncan added, ”We realise the importance of our website to all our users for daily interaction, whether they are our customers or travel agents. We first asked our customers what they would like to see and then designed our website around the customer experience, their needs now and their needs in the future.”
Air Arabia is the first airline in the region to provide on-line booking and e-ticketing. Since the launch in October 2003, the concept has taken the region by storm as the ease of booking and travelling that Air Arabia provides is becoming more accessible to more and more people.
