“As the leading dining destination in Riyadh, we take great pleasure in continuing to contribute to the evolution of the Kingdom’s dining scene. City residents and hotel guests are assured authentic, elegant meals in three of our most beloved restaurants.”
Cristal is THE location for guests seeking traditional Canadian cuisine with a creative twist. From butter seared diver scallops to braised bison and sweet potato ravioli, diners at Cristal are assured nothing less than Canadian perfection during the festival.
For true connoisseurs, the Brazilian churrascaria Il Terrazzo offers guests a chance to broaden their horizons with Canadian meat never before seen in the Kingdom. Elk, Bison and Venison take centre stage on the skewer, and Riyadh residents and visitors are encouraged to sample the Alberta Angus beef, the famously tender and flavourful beef prized worldwide.
Meanwhile, La Brasserie will feature Canadian cuisine during the entire month of October. The restaurant will host Canadian live cooking stations at Al Faisaliah’s well-regarded Friday Brunch as well as weekly Canadian themed dinners, giving guests and visitors the opportunity to sample the cuisine of Canada even after the festival has ended.
