The team at Al Faisaliah Hotel, A Rosewood Hotel is celebrating following a win at the Kingdom Excellence Awards.
Al Faisaliah Hotel was distinguished as the Leader in Hospitality at the Kingdom Excellence Awards, an esteemed award series that rewards global excellence in the industry sectors such as real estate, hospitality, education, healthcare, infrastructure and transportation.
The Leader in Hospitality Award recognises the leading hospitality property and project in the Kingdom. Al Faisaliah Hotel, A Rosewood Hotel, was distinguished above all others for its design and creativity, along with creative marketing concepts and strong customer loyalty that stems from the Rosewood team’s constant focus on delivering the highest quality of hospitality and personalised service.
The Kingdom Excellence Awards were held as part of the Real Estate Investment World Summit and Kingdom Project Expansion and Investment Summit, a two-day programme dedicated to development and organised by ‘naseba’.
The awards ceremony was held at Al Faisaliah Hotel, making the announcement extra special as the hotel’s senior management accepted the award amidst the majestic surrounding of their own Prince Sultan Grand Hall.
With an impressive string of awards over the past few years, these latest wins further cement the reputations of Rosewood as the leading hospitality brand in the Kingdom. The present award is the second award within a month and fourth this year. The hotel was most recently named as Saudi Arabia’s “Best Hotel” at the 2009 Arabian Property Awards.
Earlier this year, Al Faisaliah Hotel also won the award of “Excellence in Customer Service” at the ‘Kingdom Hotel Expansion Awards’ by naseba, and “Saudi Arabia’s Leading Business Hotel” from World Travel Awards Limited, United Kingdom.
