Al-Futtaim Logistics to provide colleague transport for InterContinental Hotels Group at Dubai Festival City

Al-Futtaim Logistics, the market leading supply chain management solutions provider, today announced a new contract to provide staff transportation solutions for the InterContinental Hotels Group, Dubai Festival City. The Al-Futtaim group company will move over 1000 colleagues per day from their accommodation to their offices using six brand new 30-seater Toyota Coaster buses. The colleague transportation will see Al-Futtaim Logistics move employees from InterContinental Hotel, Al Badia Golf Club, Crowne Plaza Hotel, InterContinental and Residence Suites seven days a week. Tom Nauwelaerts, Managing Director, Al-Futtaim Logistics said: “This contract represents a significant milestone in Al-Futtaim Logistics’ history. Our demonstrated capabilities, well established transport experience in the UAE, solid infrastructure and competitive pricing model were key elements in the decision being made in our favour.
