Al Jazeera Children’s Channel Produces Ad-Darb Special Episodes in Muscat 2008

Al Jazeera Children’s Channel completed today the shooting of the special episodes of the most viewed and liked kids’ competition show “Ad-Darb”.

“Said” and “Gretta” the show’s renowned presenters expressed the remarkable interaction by the Omani kids at hometown of Muscat 2008. The Six days episodes taken from the heart of Muscat Festival 2008 are scheduled to broadcast on JCC’s screen as part of February 2008 gird.

“We would like to express our pleasure to have taken part in this remarkable event, which gave us the opportunity to touch base with our Omani young crowd, who showed an exceptional admiration for JCC. That alone comes as a tremendous reward for our efforts to reach out for them. On the other hand I would like to extend my thanks to the Municipality and the Directorate-General of Education for Muscat governorate, for the extensive cooperation in facilitating the contact and coordination with the Omani schools and on the ground logistical matters”, said Malika Alouane, Director of Marketing and Communication at Al Jazeera Children’s Channel.
