Central Trade and Auto Co, Al-Markazia, the exclusive dealer of Toyota, Lexus and Hino in the Kingdom, announced the first winner of the Toyota Yaris car, Ms. Sulaf Kharbutli, in the Anta Muraqab campaign organized by Al-Markazia in corporation with the Public Security Directorate, Jordan Traffic Institute and Greater Amman Municipality.

The name was announced in a ceremony held at the Al-Markazia showroom early this week, and attended by all competition candidates, in addition to Colonel Eng. Emad Hajarat, Director of the Jordan Traffic Institute, and a representative from the Ministry of Industry and Trade as well as the staff of Al-Markazia.

Commenting on this, Mr. Nadim Haddad, Al-Markazia’s Marketing Manager said: "Our social responsibility strategies aims to contribute in developing our community, and this campaign goes in line with our efforts to create a positive traffic culture and awareness of the responsibilities citizens have  towards traffic regulations and the risks of avoiding them”, he also added: “We hope that this campaign will accomplish its goals and that it will encourage positive attitudes while driving. We are still in the first phase of the campaign and the chance is open for all participants to win another Toyota Yaris car.”

It is worth mentioning that the campaign includes field missions by a team consisting of representatives from each of Al-Markazia and the Jordan Traffic Institute, in which these representatives watch a driver for a specified period of time to make sure the driver fits the specific criteria previously set. If the driver of the car is not committed to the rules of driving, another car will be selected, and when the driver shows commitment to the rules, her/his car will be stopped and she/he will be informed of entering the competition to win a Toyota Yaris.
