Anticipation continues to build around the development of Dubai’s metro system, which will become the region’s first and the world’s most advanced light rail project.
The two proposed lines that are set to cover almost 70km and feature 35 stations will feature a main station underneath the Deira City Center, in the heart of Dubai’s business district.
With ground breaking having already begun, businesses in the area are expecting to experience a noticeable boost when the station finally gets up and running.
