Company keen to build upon sales success at
Cityscape Abu Dhabi earlier this year

ALDAR Properties PJSC, Abu Dhabi’s leading and fully integrated property developer, will be one of the main attractions at the sixth annual Cityscape Dubai Exhibition 2007 to be held at the Dubai International Exhibition Center, UAE. The property exhibition, which runs from October 16th to 18th, is the largest business-to-business real estate investment and development event in the world.

ALDAR is looking to further build upon the strong demand experienced at the inaugural Cityscape Abu Dhabi conference in May 2007 when Phase 1 of their showcased Al Bandar project, the Al Naseem Towers, sold-out within a week of the conference’s close. Similarly, Phase 1 of their Al Muneera project containing 4-bedroom townhouses was 100% sold-out within a week from their launch at Cityscape Abu Dhabi.

The phenomenal success the company experienced with these projects demonstrates the visibility Cityscape brings to ALDAR and the huge demand for quality real estate in the Emirates.

“ALDAR Properties is striving to increase its offering by branching out into other fields and we seek to do more than build homes. Our recent announcements about infrastructure, increasing financing options for buyers and signing agreements with world-class hoteliers demonstrates ALDAR’s position as the leading integrated property developer. Cityscape Dubai gives us the opportunity to communicate our values, brand and most importantly our projects to international stakeholders,” said Ronald Barratt, CEO, ALDAR.

The developer is also a Platinum sponsor at the event, which intends to focus on the real estate boom in the United Arab Emirates. ALDAR believes that the issues discussed during Cityscape will be provide positive impact on the real estate industry in UAE.

ALDAR is to showcase some of its most spectacular projects at Cityscape Dubai such as Khor Al Raha located within its Al Raha Beach project, which is changing the face of the emirate of Abu Dhabi. Al Raha Beach is ALDAR’s signature development and is a multi-billion Dirham project set to house a staggering 120,000 residents. Al Raha Beach will be built alongside 10.6kms of natural beach front overlooking the Arabian Gulf creating a truly unique environment in which to live.
