The electoral body for 8th April presidential election has been estimated at 18,085,000 voters, while waiting for the appeal operation to be finalized on 29th March, Head of Government Ahmed Ouyahia declared Tuesday, according to APS.
Over 18,085,000 voters, 869,000 are registered abroad, Ouyahia who is also president of the national commission for the preparation of the presidential election, added.
