Eleven would be illegal immigrants from Algeria were detained after being discovered hidden aboard a cargo ship headed from the port of Algiers to Britain, according to a press report Sunday.
The group, including members aged between 25 to 35, was found by the crew of the Ibn Khaldoun off the coast of Tenes, about 200 kilometers west of Algiers, El Khabar reported. The coast guard was alerted and arrested the members of the group. (Albawaba.com)
