APP Holds “One-Stop Paper Solution Road-Show” In Cairo

APP Jordan, the official representative of Asia Pulp and Paper Co, held a “One-Stop Paper Solution” roadshow in the Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza in Egypt, on 23 May. The roadshow, which was organized and attended by high-profile APP officials, comes as part of company efforts to introduce new products into the regional markets, enhance relations with its clients, and strengthen business ties.

The Cairo roadshow, which is the latest in a series of roadshows held in Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, and the United Kingdom, is inline with the company’s strategy to introduce company facilities and innovative paper solutions to its clients worldwide. Through its endeavours to produce solutions that meet and surpass the expectations of merchants and clients alike, the company seeks to add value to the end-users finished products and gain further recognition as the world’s fifth largest paper producer.  The Cairo roadshow provided a friendly environment, in which APP was able to interact with merchants and end-users on a personal level to address industry issues and identify areas of potential industrial growth, in order to ensure continuous customer satisfaction.

During the three-day roadshow, APP introduced a wide variety of products including high grade woodfree that caters to the needs of the printing press; such as Instant Preprint, Excelpro, Extra Print, and Golden Gloss, as well as coated woodfree products such as Nevia. In addition, the company introduced a range of packaging products, such as Zenith.

In his welcoming speech, Sandeep Raina, CEO and Managing Director of APP Jordan said: “The Middle East region has a special consideration from our sales point of view and we have made enormous efforts to provide all range of paper &packaging products to emerging economies in the region.”  He added: “The core concept of the One-Stop Paper Solution roadshow is to highlight APP Group Mills as the provider of a vast range of first-class paper and packaging products all under one roof.”

Underlining APP’s commitment to excellence and ambitions to conquer the region’s market, Raina added: “Our management is constantly striving to meet customer requirements and is committed to achieving them, in order to realize our dream of becoming the foremost paper supplier in the region.”

As part of the roadshow activities, Mr. Raina presented appreciation awards to several prominent clients from Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, and Egypt. Adding more flavor to the event, a lucky draw was held whereby participants won laptops, mobile phones, and digital cameras.
