Arab Human Rights Center Calls for Five Thousand Sentences against Racism

As the World conference Against Racism (WCAR) is getting closer, many organizations and activists in the entire world are doing their utmost efforts to acquire the maximal outcome of this conference, according to statement emailed to Albawaba.com by Derechos Human Rights.  

“The High commissioner for Human Rights (HCHR), all our friends in the globe, and within the regional converges have done an enormous achievements in preparing for the WCAR, especially concerning these ones related to the NGOs liaison and the all the regional meetings,” said the statement. 

The NGO orchestrates its efforts with other human rights activists in the world, including the Middle East. 

”Aiming for a universal ceremony against Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia and related Intolerance, the Arab Center for the Independence of the Judiciary and the Legal Profession (ACIJLP), a regional NGO has a consultative status with the ECOSOC that located in Cairo in cohesion with the duties of friends in the Arab region and in the world, invites all the colleagues in the entire world to write one sentence against racism to be distributed in the WCAR,” said the center. 

Derechos joined ACIJLP in its call for “all the colleagues in the region to send their sentences to the ACIJLP within 3 months.” 

“In this matter, please note that the sentences will be published with some personal and professional details of each contributor, both individuals and organizations, targeting to have a book by which we can have an international communication, without borders and races.”
