The final session of the emergency Arab Summit in Cairo started Sunday with an address by Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak who summarized the decisions of the summit as follows:
- The Arab Summit will be held on a regular basis
- The Arab states will support the Intifada financially
- The Arab states will financially help the Palestinian economy
- A committee will be formed to follow up the implementation of the summit resolutions – Albawaba.com
