Arab League Secretary General Amr Moussa is expected to visit Belgium on October 17 for talks with senior Belgian and European Union (EU) officials, the official Kuwaiti news agency (KUNA) reported on Friday, citing an unnamed Arab diplomat.
The diplomat told KUNA that Moussa would attend the civil forum of the EU and southern Mediterranean countries.
Moussa will also give a speech on challenges facing the Arab World and Europe.
The agency added that Moussa would meet senior Belgian government officials and EU executives to discuss the aftermath of the September 11 attacks against the World Trade Center and the Pentagon that killed and wounded thousands of people – Albawaba.com
