The heads of Arab-US organizations kicked off their meetings in the Egyptian capital of Cairo Wednesday to prepare for the first Arab immigrants conference set to be held in the month of May.
The conference, according to SPA, is to discuss building understanding between American bodies on one hand and Arabs and Muslims on the other hand; the correction of the image of Arabs and Muslims in the US and abroad and the participation of Arab Americans in forthcoming elections there.
