Lebanon will host, for the third consecutive year, the International "Arabcom 2000" Exhibition and Conference during the period March 25-28.
An extensive Arab and international appearance will characterize this year's event, whereby a large number of telecommunication ministers and specialists will attend, according to Al-Sharq Al-Awsat newspaper. Additionally, many regional and international associations will participate in this event, including from the Arab Gulf Cooperation Council, the EU, the ESCWA and others.
This 4,000-square meter exhibition will display the recent Blue Tooth-UMTS, IMT 2000, WAP and the GPRS techniques. The exhibition will also show the third generation of mobile telephone and related services, along with a wide range of services in the areas of satellite communications, information technology, the Internet, digital networks, smart networks and e-commerce.
