Arabian Courtyard Hotel & Spa is participating in Arabian Travel Market, being held from May 4-7, 2010 in Dubai, to enhance its networking opportunities and business potential with travelers, tour operators and other hospitality industry players.
During the ATM event, Arabian Courtyard will announce the successful completion of Phase 1 of enhancement of their Facilities, valued at a cost of AED 4 million. Participation in ATM which is an annual global platform, offers insights into factors that drive change in the global travel and tourism industry.
Habib Khan, General Manager of the hotel and CEO Hospitality Division of Planet Group, said: ““Our commitment to customer care, employee development, community involvement and investment in products has been the key of our success over the years. We plan to continue with our investment with an additional AED 4 million to be invested this year in installing LCD screen TVs in all our guest rooms, an IPTV system and opening an additional restaurant for our clients.”

Habib concluded the property maintained its strong growth in the market due to the steady number of repeat guests last year and favourable occupancy rates even though the market remained sluggish. This year once again seems promising and the property anticipates a steady increase in business in terms of revenues compared to last year due to a good business strategy which motivated its staff to recognize the benefits of developing and maintaining good presence in the market.
