Kuwait's Amir, Shaikh Jaber Al Ahmed Al Sabah, has received a letter from Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat on the situation in the Palestinian territories, the official Kuna news agency reported Sunday.
The letter was examined by Kuwait's cabinet during its weekly meeting, Kuna said.
