A Turkish drone manufacturer called Baykar has been supplying fighters in Libya, Azerbaijan, Iraq, and Syria. The owner and Technical Manager, or CTO, for one of Turkey’s biggest drone manufacturers, is Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’s son-in-law, Selçuk Bayraktar.
