Aspire Real Estate, a leading real estate marketing and sales company in the Middle East announced today that it will unveil two new projects at Cityscape 2006 alongside a number of recently launched developments. The combined value of these projects is over 15 billion Dirhams.
Seven Dubai-based projects will be on display on Aspire’s stand ZQ60, Zabeel Hall. These are situated in a variety of locations including Jumeriah Village, Business Bay and Dubai Marina. Major developments in emerging markets like Bulgaria, India and Pakistan will also be unveiled.
“Sanctuary Business Towers will be one of the stars of our exhibit,” said Harry Kantaria, Managing Director, Aspire Real Estate. “These are garden offices in a commercial tower in Business Bay. A very exciting and very unusual development,” he adds.
Also on show will be Al Dua’a Marina, which was launched to much acclaim last week. Other projects to feature include The Wave Business Towers, The Heights, Business Arch Tower Shobha Ivory and Elements.
“It is quite a line-up,” adds Kantaria. “The majority of projects are targeted exclusively at investors and high net worth individuals, where we believe there is the potential to deliver exceptional returns on investment. 150 per cent is not beyond the realms of possibility,” he added, “given that this is still an emerging market for real estate investment.
This is Aspire’s debut at Cityscape, and the company intends to demonstrate how it has quickly become one of the leaders in the local and regional property markets. Every project the company has launched to date has been very well received by the industry to the extent that the majority has sold out in a very short time.
“We are looking for a similar response with Sanctuary Tower,” adds Kantaria and if any additional incentive was required, interested customers who sign up for any of our projects can avail bonuses of among others, luxury marina apartments, Mercedes Benz cars or even a skiing trip to the Alps.”
Aspire will also be revealing its plans to expand into international markets, including Pakistan, where the Lahore Lake City in Lahore Pakistan is set to become a landmark project in the country. Meanwhile the Azure Del Mar beach front property will also mark Aspire’s entry into the European market.
Aspire will be announcing the following mega projects at Cityscape 2006
