Atlas Telecom Announces Successful Go-Live of SAP ERP Implementation

Atlas Telecom, a leading provider of intelligent and secure telecommunications networks and security solutions in the GCC, has announced a successful implementation of SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).  The SAP business solution forms the backbone of Atlas Telecom information technology (IT) strategy and provides a single integrated system for all critical areas of the business.

A complete suite of applications were implemented for the following functionalities; customer service support, sales and distribution, materials management, project system, finance and controlling, reporting, document management, and human resources.

 

SAP (ERP) was the first phase of the new project system model, where Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Business Intelligence (BI) will be next in the pipeline for Atlas Telecom new system implementations.
