An Israeli father filed a complaint with the police against Ichilov Hospital, where the staff gave his newly born baby a bottle of formula whose use-by date had expired almost six months earlier, according to Haaretz.
The daily said that the baby’s mother complained to a nurse that her two-day-old baby was given a bottle of formula whose expiration date was listed as being March 1. In response to the complaint, the nurse discovered that a box containing 11 similar bottles was being kept for use in the nursery.
The hospital administration confirmed the report on the expired formula, according to Haaretz – Albawaba.com
