Bahrain’s emir Sheikh Hamad al-Khalifa will visit Washington on May 7th for talks with US President George W. Bush, reported the official SPA news agency on Monday, citing a US official as saying.
Sheikh Hamad will be the third Arab leader to meet with Bush.
Jordan’s King will hold talks with Bush on Tuesday, following a similar meeting between the latter and Egyptian Hosni Mubarak last week.
