Basheer Patronizes Accreditation Ceremony of Two Training Centers in GAM for Drawing by Computer

Deputy Mayor, Eng. Amer Al Basheer, patronized a ceremony to handover accreditation certificates to the Training Center and Princess Eman Center for IT (Knowledge Station) as the first governmental agency, on the Kingdom's level, to be accredited and authorized to conduct training courses and tests for the International Computer Driving License (ICDL CAD).

Eng. Al Basheer commended this achievement which will have positive influence on the training courses of GAM, and will promote the same to serve a wide stratum (of people) Kingdom wide.

Al Basheer also patronized the graduation of the first batch of the participants in the course, which included GAM employees, Royal Jordanian Air Forces, and the Vocational Training Corporation.

The manager of the Training Center, Eng. Fadwa Abu Ghayda'a, said the accreditation of the center as the first governmental trainings and examination center of ICDL is a realization, on the ground, of the Royal vision in bridging the digital gap and keeping pace with the accelerating technological development.

The General Manager of Quality Control Company (ICDL Jordan), Nasim Abu Al Heija'a, reviewed the IT development realized in Jordan.

In conclusion, Al Basheer presented plaques of appreciation and certificates to the personalities and agencies who contributed to this national achievement and for the participants of the course.
