batelco’s sales department rewards quarertly and monthly stars
The Sales Department at Batelco has proudly named and rewarded Ali Alqami as ‘Quarterly Star” and Thulfaqar Awad as ‘Monthly Star” for May 2007 in recognition of their outstanding performance. The two employees received a letter of thanks and cash reward.
Both stars were selected based on a set of criteria including high revenue/sales they made, their positive attitude, creativity/innovation and managers/peers’ feedback.
“The Sales Department recognizes its employees’ efforts to offer the best services to customers that contribute to improving their experiences,” says Batelco GM Business Sales Yaqoub Al Awadhi
“The commendable performance of our colleagues will certainly have positive impact on customers in terms of service quality, and on their colleagues through encouraging them to follow their lead,” he added.
This reward is part of a rewards scheme that the Sales Department adopts to encourage employees to exert every effort possible to provide customers with the best services.
Present at the party, in addition to the honoured employees, were a number of the department’s managers and staff.
