Beirut Baptist School has selected Skoolee Tools student information system (SIS) and school management software, as part of its strategy to upgrade technology and consolidate its operations.
George Lebbos, Administrative Director of Beirut Baptist School, explains, “We look to centralize our information, streamline our decision-making processes, and grant privileged access to designated users.”
Developed by White Mountain Technologies, Skoolee Tools fulfills school requirements regardless of language or program, such as national school system or American High School curriculum.
Lebbos continues, "With the rich functionality Skoolee Tools supplies, along with its shared database structure and Internet platform, we will be able to better manage registration, tuition fees and payments, student files, grading, graduation, payroll, analytics, and reporting."
Ghassan Abboud, White Mountain Managing Director, says, "We’re very pleased to sign with Beirut Baptist School. BBS is well established and well known for its high performance and ethical standards. Working with BBS will yet again establish White Mountain as a company that serves excellence and Skoolee Tools as a student information system that seeks excellence."
White Mountain will deploy Skoolee Tools at Beirut Baptist School in phases, according to the school’s priorities, due dates, restrictions and constraints, to ensure an effective stress-free software system.
Deployment will delineate school structure, classes and courses, student and teacher information, course scheduling, the grading system, grade book and grade reports, deliberation and graduation, analytics and reporting, and intercommunication among teachers, students and parents, including e-mail and SMS.
