Belkin, the global leader in innovative, connectivity solutions has just picked up three significant awards at DCC MEA - the annual premier event for senior channel executives from across the EMEA region, taking place from Tuesday 17th – 19th May 2010 at the Le Meridien Al Aqah Beach Resort in Fujeirah, United Arab Emirates.
Belkin took out three leading awards including the ‘Home Networking Vendor of the Year,’ the ‘Accessories Vendor of the Year,’ as well as the ‘Best Presenter for the 60 Second Challenge,’ which included a short presentation made by Belkin’s National Account Manager for MEA – Youssef El Arif – to sell-in one of Belkin’s products representing the best product design to the DCC audience of more than 400 participants.
DCC MEA 2010 saw an even better attendance than the previous year, giving Belkin the opportunity to meet key decision makers across the region, share new ideas and network with industry colleagues.
The award wins are a true recognition and appreciation from Belkin’s retailers for the solid investment the connectivity vendor has made across the MEA region since 2008.
Now in its sixth year, DCC MEA attracted senior decision-makers, purchasers and IT buyers from the region’s influential computing, mobility, electronics and gaming retailers. DCC MEA 2010 covered the region’s channel development platform for vendors, allowing attendees to discuss go-to-market strategies within the retail community.
