The board of directors of Beltone Capital has decided to increase the company's paid-in capital over 4 stages: from 466 million LE to 932 million LE at a par value of 10 LE.
The first stage of the capital increase will be conducted through a subscription of old shareholders of 25% of their existing paid-in shares.
Mr. Hazem Barakat, chairman of Beltone Capital said the capital increase aims to accommodate the company’s expansion plans during the coming period, particularly considering the number of promising investment opportunities available.
Beltone Capital was established in 2006, with a paid-in capital of 466 million LE, to invest in companies with strong and promising management teams and promising future. The company’s investment portfolio includes companies in a range sectors including: Technology, Housing, Retail and Light Industries.
