Boeing International is supporting the Saudi Arabian Civil Aviation Authority by becoming the Main Sponsor for the Second International Arab Aviation Security Conference which is being held in Jeddah 7-9 Rabea Al Awal, 1428 (March 26-28, 2007). The Conference will be attended by heads of Civil Aviation authorities from the Arab world and representatives of other regional and international organizations

In response, the President of the Saudi Arabian Civil Aviation Authority, His Excellency Eng. Abdullah Rihimi, expressed his appreciation of Boeing's support, noting that it is usual for Boeing to take such initiatives in support of civil aviation authorities around the globe.
This year, the Conference aims at reinforcing cooperation and synchronizing security efforts for aviation and at both regional and international airports. In addition, the Conference provides an opportunity for enhancing strategic partnerships between the participating organizations.
The Conference agenda includes a series of lectures and seminars presented by regional and international speakers, and an accompanying exhibition will showcase the latest technological developments in aviation security.
