ALBAWABA - In the midst of the 65th day of Israel's relentless assaults on the Gaza Strip, the armed wing of Hamas, known as the Izzeddin al-Qassam Brigades, has unveiled footage showcasing daring attacks on Israeli forces in the Han Yunus region within the Gaza Strip.
The released videos provide a closer look at the intense engagements, revealing instances where the Qassam Brigades carried out bold assaults on Israeli soldiers. The footage also highlights the utilization of drone technology in some of the attacks, underscoring the evolving nature of the conflict in the region.
In the latest turn of events, the Izzeddin al-Qassam Brigades, the military arm of Hamas, executed precise operations targeting Israeli forces, intensifying clashes in the region. The engagements highlight the tenacity and tactical capabilities of the Palestinian resistance.
Successful Tank Assault:
The Izzeddin al-Qassam Brigades claimed a significant victory by targeting an Israeli Merkava tank near Khan Yunis with the potent "Yassin 105" projectile. The attack resulted in the elimination of four Israeli soldiers at close proximity in the Zanna area, east of Khan Yunis.
Rocket Strikes on Zionist Military Installations:
Responding to Israeli aggression against Gaza's civilian population, the Qassam Brigades initiated rocket attacks on military sites in "Lehman" and "Khirbet Maar" in the western Galilee region of northern occupied Palestine.
Impactful Barrel Bomb Attack:
Deploying a large anti-personnel barrel bomb, the Qassam Brigades inflicted casualties on dozens of Israeli soldiers in the Ma'arri area, northeast of Khan Yunis.
Counter-Attack and Elimination:
Following the successful barrel bomb assault, Qassam fighters regrouped and advanced toward an Israeli force comprising 15 soldiers. The encounter resulted in the death of all soldiers except for two, whom the Qassam fighters subsequently neutralized. The fighters safely returned to their bases.

Abu Ubaida, the official spokesperson for the Izzeddin al-Qassam Brigades, asserted that the Israeli occupation's failures in both northern and southern Gaza are indicative of further setbacks as long as their aggressive actions persist.

The Qassam Brigades continued their offensive by targeting four Israeli Merkava tanks, a military bulldozer (D9), and a personnel carrier with armor-piercing projectiles in Gaza City's Jala Street.

Over the past 48 hours, Qassam fighters successfully destroyed a total of 44 military vehicles across all combat zones in Gaza. They claim to have killed 40 soldiers and inflicted injuries on dozens more through targeted assaults on Israeli forces.
