An explosion ripped through a neighborhood in Syria's government-held Homs city Wednesday, Lebanon's Al-Manar television reported, one day after a similar attack in the area left at least 25 dead.
Al-Manar said the blast occurred in the city's Al-Hamra neighborhood near a school. No other details were immediately known.
The explosion occurred one day after ISIS [Daesh] claimed a similar attack in the city that killed at least 25 and wounded dozens more.
