On Saturday, a Dutch woman and three children were met by the Dutch special envoy to Syria, Emiel de Bont, in the city of Qamishli.
The woman, her two sons, and a Dutch girl had been living in a camp for wives and children of alleged Islamic State fighters. They are now returning to the Netherlands.
