ALBAWABA- the British Maritime Authority reports that a ship came under attack by three boats near Hodeida port. The incident involved an exchange of fire, raising alarms despite the presence of warship patrols from the United States, France, and Britain in the southern Red Sea.
Simultaneously, the Commander of the US Navy in the Middle East, as reported by the Associated Press, reveals that since the initiation of Operation Prosperity Guardian, approximately 1,200 ships have sailed through the Red Sea.
However, the commander highlights a grim reality – attacks persist despite the concerted efforts of the expanded international coalition aimed at safeguarding maritime security in the region.
